WWE.com — 8 Superstar reality shows we want to see

“’Tough Enough’ is returning to USA Network,’Total Divas’ is about to conclude its third season on E! and WWE Network introduced the WWE Universe to ‘Legends’ House’ last year. With all this success, WWE is carving a nice niche for itself in reality television.

This got those of us at WWE.com thinking: What else could WWE come up with to expand its standing within the popular TV genre? If you guessed intellectual competitions with Erick Rowan, boardroom battles for that elusive brass ring and an undercover chairman, then you’re on the right track.

Behold, the eight Superstar reality shows we want to see.”

WWE.com — WWE Fastlane 2015 predictions

“As WWE races toward WrestleMania 31, no event before The Show of Shows holds as much intrigue or importance as WWE Fastlane, which airs live Sunday on WWE Network.

The fabric of WrestleMania’s WWE World Heavyweight Title main event will be determined when Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan joust for the top-contender spot. Also at WWE Fastlane, four titles will be defended, brothers will duke it out and three of WWE’s most popular Superstars will take aim at The Authority’s handpicked wrecking crew.

WWE.com — Editors’ Choice: Who will win the 2015 Royal Rumble Match?

“Every January, 30 of WWE’s toughest Superstars throw their hat in the ring for the biggest opportunity in sports-entertainment — a chance to main event WrestleMania. The Royal Rumble Match is a test of endurance, smarts and pure will. Each entrant has to dig deep and pull out all stops to avoid being thrown over the top rope and having both feet touch the arena floor.

The field for this year’s over-the-top-rope melee is wide open, with numerous Superstars looking to break through to The Grandest Stage of Them All. Who has the best shot of making their Show of Shows dream become reality? See which competitors WWE.com’s editors think have the best chance in our Royal Rumble Match predictions, presented by Hulu!”

WWE.com — Daniel Bryan’s 15 Greatest Matches

“Let’s switch things up here for a bit. Usually, WWE.com goes internal for its Editors’ Choice lists and gives our writers a chance to talk about not just why a match was special, but why it was special for them as a fan. Well, this time we’re riding shotgun to one of the biggest wrestling fans, and biggest Superstars, out there: Daniel Bryan. WWE.com initially approached the then-WWE World Heavyweight Champion about taking the helm on a “Superstar’s Choice” list wherein he would select his 15 favorites and we’d play rhythm section, adding our own observations and memories on top of his.

Of course, then Bryan went down with a neck injury and the experiment was shelved in the name of good taste. But with The Beard back in action and headed to the Royal Rumble Match, we’re back on track and cooking with gas. So, without further ado, we give you Daniel Bryan’s 15 favorite Daniel Bryan matches, as selected in no particular order by the man himself.”

WWE.com — WWE.com’s Top 25 Matches of 2014

“Whew, 2014, right? What a year it’s been: There were New Days, Uso craziness, Boo-tista, Bluetista, green Stardusts, Eras of Vacancy, good news, bad news (and Bad News), stunt doubles, evil twins and a vanishing Cody Rhodes (seriously, where’d that guy go?). Raw was occupied, Streaks were broken, Hulkamania ran wild, vigilantes dispensed justice, Kings of Swing were crowned and a full-fledged takeover ran rampant down in Full Sail University. And here we are now, when all the eating, sleeping and conquering has repeated itself to the last day of December, to bury and to celebrate 2014 in extravagant fashion.

No WWE fan needs to be reminded of the bar that in-ring competition set for itself this past year, but with so many classic matches in a single 12-month span, the question begs: Which was the best? WWE.com editors convened to select the cream of the crop (#Madness) and count down the year’s 25 best contests. Here’s how we did it: Several editors convened to select the matches, each of us ranked them on our own and consolidated them into a collective ranking depending on how each match was scored by all the editors. The process was arduous, contentious, and a steel chair may have been wielded at some point, but it was as democratic and collaborative as we get for this annual process. So pull up a chair and relive a hell of a year in WWE competition, presented by Foot Locker, and see what made our No. 1 spot. See you in 2015.”

WWE.com — 10 things we want to see in 2015

“The New Year always comes with so much promise and unpredictability. Who could have guessed last January that Evolution would reunite or that Daniel Bryan would finally get the better of The Authority in 2014? And the mere thought that someone could end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania Streak was irrational. But it all happened.

After a year that drastically changed sports-entertainment forever, the bar is set pretty high for 2015. The WWE Universe wants to see more jaw-dropping, heart-thumping moments, and 2015 will surely bring them. As the New Year gets under way, look at the WWE Universe’s wish list for 2015.”
